Book Reviews Policy

Hello and welcome to my website!

My name is Mila, creator of the Alexandrian Archives and if you are reading this, you are perhaps a publisher or an author and would like me to read and consider your book for review. Please note that as a full-time student, sending me a book for review does not guarantee I will read and review it immediately. I am often extremely busy and highly selective with the books I pick up.

Book formats the Alexandrian archives accepts:

I am currently accepting all formats of books. If I accept your offer, I will provide my mailing address (for physical books) but, if an e-book version is available, please make it available as an EPUB or PDF so that I can read it on my Kobo Clara HD.

books the Alexandrian archives may review

The Alexandrian Archives touches on many topics, including but not limited to:

  • The Ancient World (Greece, Rome, Egypt, Scandinavia, etc.)

  • Fantasy (urban fantasy, high fantasy, no specific preference)

  • Re-tellings

  • Mythology-based books (including, but not limited to, Persian, Arabia, Greek, Roman, Egyptian, Slavic, Asian, etc.)

  • Science fiction (especially those set in Space with intricate world-building and politics)

  • Historical Fiction (no WWII novels but novels set in other parts of the world, my main interest lies in Asia)

  • And many others.

If the book you would like me to consider for review does not fall under any of these categories, please contact me by email at libraryofalexandria.archives[at]gmail[dot]com
